Semaglutide Program
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It stimulates the pancreas to produce additional insulin which reduces blood glucose (sugar), signals fullness in the brain, and increases the stomach’s emptying. Semaglutide helps suppress appetite, resulting in the feeling of fullness whereby causing weight loss.

Tirzepatide Program
Tirzepatide has been demonstrated to function similarly to GLP-1 medicines but more effectively. This program is suitable for those who have tried Semaglutide with little or no success or those who are no longer losing weight on Semaglutide. Anyone is also welcome to try it as an initial treatment. This monthly subscription includes follow ups, medications, and supplies.

Please note: Many factors are considered to ensure safe treatment. Eligibility is not determined until after your consultation. Consultation fees are partially (50%) refundable if a client is ineligible for treatment due to abnormal lab results.
After consultations, clients have three (3) months to decide to proceed with the recommended plan of care. After 3 months, another initial consultation must be booked (to ensure medical/social history and labs are up to date). We do not bill insurance.
Medication is shipped directly from an accredited compounding pharmacy to clients home. Please enter your current address accurately to limit shipping errors.
*starting price may vary. For example, if a client recently received medical weight loss from another clinic, he/she may start on a higher dose.
MI Drip was founded in Saginaw, MI by Dwandra Williams MSN, RN in 2022. With 10+ years of clinical experience, she has a deep passion for nursing and providing safe, effective care.
Before graduating with her Master’s Degree in 2020, she aspired to become an owner of an IV Hydration clinic. She performed a great deal of research on the industry and she couldn’t wait to dive into the business world. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, plans were delayed and the outlook of running a successful business did not seem promising.
Fast forward to early 2022 when she began praying consistently for direction. That is when her business idea revitalized.
In November 2022, MI Drip, a medical facility in Saginaw, Michigan, was established and offered IV drips and a variety of vitamin injections. By March 2024, the Weight Loss Program was introduced to their services.
MI Drip phased away IV services in person in September 2024 and successfully began offering weight loss program through telemedicine. Yes, that means no face- to-face visits necessary.
Our team at MI Drip consists of an incredible receptionist, registered nurses (RNs), a nurse practitioner (NP), and our medical director (Dr. Reilly). Together, we work to deliver safe, efficient service to our clients.
